ROOMS
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. until midnight.
Check-in takes place at the self-check-in machine located at the main entrance on the ground floor. Please enter your first name, surname and departure date exactly as stated in your booking confirmation and follow the instructions on the screen.
Cancellation of Individual Reservations
Cancellations and changes made
up to 48 hours before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival and no-shows will be charged at
100% of the booking amount.
Cancellation of Group Bookings (3 Rooms or More)
- 30–21 days before arrival: 30% of the booking amount
- 21–7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount
- 7–0 days before arrival: 100% of the booking amount
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement only.
Breakfast Hours
Monday to Friday: 6:00–8:00 a.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:00–9:00 a.m.
APARTMENTS
Cancellation Conditions
- For cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount is due.
- For cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount is due.
- For cancellations or changes made up to 1 day before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is due.
Early Departures
For stays of less than 30 days, early departures cannot be made free of charge. We reserve the right to charge the applicable daily rate.

Car Parking
During your stay, you may park your vehicle free of charge in a parking space marked
K BUSINESS. Access to the underground car park is provided with your room card.
Smoking
K BUSINESS Apartments & Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas and on balconies.
Smoking inside the rooms, including with the window open, is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of
CHF 350.00 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
Pets
Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement with K BUSINESS Apartments & Hotel.
Prices and Offers
The current daily rate applies. We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is 4500 Solothurn, Switzerland.
